Working full-time, going to school full-time, or just being a busy bee can make it hard sometimes to squeeze in a full week at home workout. But don’t worry! There are plenty of ways you can still get your entire body workout on without leaving the house.
1) Do squats while watching TV – When you’re sitting on the couch catching up with some Netflix, why not do some squats? It will give your butt and thighs an awesome burn that won’t feel so bad because you’ve got time for them to recover before work tomorrow morning.
2) Put together your circuit training routine – You might have noticed there are lots of different exercises out there that target different muscles throughout the body, not do a squat or two? If you can’t fit in full-range squats, try doing quarter and half squats.
3) If that’s still too difficult for your current level of fitness, then just stand up from the couch now and then! You’ll be surprised how much this will help improve strength and coordination throughout the legs (and the rest of your body, too).
There’s no need to be a fitness expert when it comes to full-body workouts. A little bit of creativity and some simple adjustments can go a long way!
