Dietary Adjustments
There’s some evidence to indicate that your sperm will taste sweeter if you keep to a diet that includes some good ol’ fruits (especially pineapple, but also mango and other citrus fruits), vegetables, nuts and natural sugars, and avoid things like booze, caffeine, processed foods and anything high in sulfur.
