Synthetic stucco siding can be an exceptionally worthwhile investment if it is applied properly the first time. It is classified Exterior Insulation and Finish Systems (EIFS) stucco construction. Several layers make up its final construction:
1) A drainage layer
2) A layer of insulation such as polystyrene
3) A base coat of cement mix combined with fiber mesh
4) Synthetic stucco on the top
