Just boil the pasta until tender and set aside. Make basil oil by blending fresh leaves with olive oil until you get a smooth consistency. Prepare the cream sauce by mixing butter, flour, cream, parmesan, salt, and pepper. Cook under low heat until thick.
Pound chicken breasts until flat and tender. Season with salt and pepper. Roll in preferred breading and fry in oil until golden. You can double dredge in flour and breadcrumbs with egg dipping in between.
Out some of the basil oil in a skillet then add butter and chicken broth. Mix in the cooked pasta and parmesan cheese until everything has an even green coat. On the plates, put pasta at the base and top with chicken. Sprinkle some sauce and basil oil. Finish with rolled up prosciutto and arugula leaves.
